First Post of the year.
Even though there's a lot of stuff going on in my country that makes living here kinda scary (USA), I still hope that this place improves and eventually this country isn't a scary place to live in anymore.

Love Hate Relationship With Getting Into Old Media.
I both love and hate getting into older media. Getting (official) merch for it is a mixed bag. Like it's either unpopular enough for the merch to be at a reasonable price and a high chance you can't find it easy or so popular that the merch is super expensive but easy(ish) to find. And if you get into something that wasn't even popular enough to get merch, you won't even get any official merch. And if you get into something that was initially unpopular (but still got merch) and then suddenly got mega popular, then good luck finding things that are still cheap.
But I still love getting into older media. Like I have been a VOCALOID fan for 10 years and it's always fun seeing all the new stuff that comes out for the characters, both fanmade and official. But kinda recently (like around the same time last year) I started to get into Sakura Wars and this last month I've been wanting to get physical, official merch and the actual physical media behind the series but all the games are either on consoles that I don't have or region locked (Yes I know that there's a 2019 game on more modern consoles but I only want to play the game after I play/listen/watch all the old stuff first).
The main reason I like 90's/2000's anime a lot is because of the artstyle and also I grew up with some anime from the time. I was thankful for being born in an internet age because I couldn't have watched some cool ass anime without the internet.

How I Think Of Ideas For My Stories
NOTE:I CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE ANY OF MY STORIES PUBLISHED ONLINE OR IN PRINT. IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS POST YEARS IN THE FUTURE, THIS NOTE MAY BE DISREGARDED AS I WILL HAVE SOMETHING OUT BY THAT TIME
Whenever I get ideas for my stories, they (usually) come to me in dreams or when I'm listening to music or daydreaming and then when I have a good idea that I want to put into my story, I think up the finer details like how it's going to fit into my story and flesh out the scene/idea.
Sometimes, I get ideas for my stories from other pieces of media. Obviously, the scenarios,characters and everything else is different but the same/similar idea is there. Watching TV can help you come up with ideas but you still have to write down your story for it to actually be written.

My Love of VOCALOID.
Ever since January 15th,2014, I have been into VOCALOID, and the fist time I watched a Miku music video, I was in love with VOCALOID, even though I didn't know what a VOCALOID was then, I just thought that the songs were pretty cool. I don't remember how exactly how I found out it what a VOCALOID was but I eventually did. And I slowly but surely learned all the VOCALOIDs and consistantly watched videos with VOCALOIDs in them and VOCALOID songs and other VOCALOID related media. I eventually learned of other singing synthesizer software within a year or two of learning about VOCALOID.
Most of what I listen to now is VOCALOID, and I'm learning Japanese because I want to understand the Japanese VOCALOID songs.
In 2020, I joined a Discord Server full of other VOCALOID fans and that is where I met all my current online friends that I still have today.
I haven't gone a day without at least thinking about VOCALOID ever since I discovered it and I hope it's in my life for as long as I live.
